1) Project analysis is carried by manager and PM.
2) PM work out HR plan and internal schedule, which should be approved by manager
3) PM prepare Multiterm modules from the provided glossaries
4) PM assign jobs to Translators
5) Translators accept job and start to work
6) After a preset period, PM inspect the progress to ensure punctuality
7) PM pass part of translation to proofreader to proofread
8) PM collects information including glossary, trouble words, technical difficulties, etc from all of the translators and the proofreader.
9) PM and proofreader distribute the information to each translator and. Afterwards a meeting would be hold for discussion if needed, or communicate will be proceeded via an internal QQ group. This could not be only once.
10) Translators modify their translation based on those information
11) Translators continue to translate till it is finished
12) Translators check their works by running ApSIC Xbench to create a report
13) Translators modify their works based on the report
14) Translators run ApSIC Xbench again to create a report
15) Deliver translation if no error found in the report, or go to the step 12.
16) Proofreader start to proofread all
17) Modification should be done if needed, and the last report should be created via ApSIC Xbench
18) Translation will be delivered with the last version of report
19) Translated TTX file are sent to DTP team to be converted to FM files
20) DTP team performs DTP work on FM files
21) DTP team sends the DTPed FM files to the proofreader to check intuitively
22) If needed, modification would be done on TTX file and FM files synchronously
23) QA will check the DTPed FM files and adjustment would be done if need.
24) Delivery.
