We know that the translation quality of translators not only depend on their language knowledge and skills but also rely on their professional technical knowledge by the years of translation practices and management experiences. So we developed a set of translator assessment and hiring standards:
The translators must have a high level of foreign language; He need to have deep knowledge of Chinese, and fluent expression in Chinese; He must have the professional background of a certain field and received the professional degree; He has accepted the relevant professional technical training and has rich of work experiences and translation experiences in such fields; He must have more than three years of experiences as an inhouse translator or fulltime freelancer.
